General Swedish A1

General Information:

Welcome to the first step in your Swedish language journey! This Swedish A1 course is designed for complete beginners with little to no prior knowledge of Swedish. You’ll learn the foundational building blocks of the language, enabling you to communicate in simple, everyday situations and quickly start speaking Swedish.

Our A1 course is uniquely designed to get you conversing in Swedish within a couple of weeks, even as a complete beginner. All our A1 students who start with no prior knowledge successfully begin speaking Swedish early on!

Course Detail:

Format & Duration

This course includes 100 live Zoom lessons spread over 14 weeks. All lessons are recorded and shared with students after each session, allowing for easy review or catching up if you miss a class.

Schedule:

- 2 days/week: 3 lessons (2 hours total) with your main instructor.
- 2 days/week: 2 conversation lessons (80 minutes total) with a conversation instructor.

Course Materials:

We utilize the På Svenska 1 and Grammatiken course books. Additionally, our instructors enrich your learning experience with a wide range of media and sources such as short TV series, news programs, presentations, songs, and videos.

All materials are provided by Swedish Brain and are included in your course fee.
