7. Use of lesson recordings for social media promotion
Swedish Brain AB records all course sessions to provide participants with review material and to enhance the learning experience. By checking this box, you also agree that we may use brief excerpts from these recordings for promotional purposes on our social media channels, such as Instagram and YouTube. This allows potential students to see our teaching methods and course environment in action.
If you participate during a session, you may appear or be heard in these clips. We value your privacy, and your consent is entirely voluntary. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. If you wish to have a specific clip removed or no longer want to be featured in our public material, please contact us at info@swedishbrain.se. We will process your request and remove the content as promptly as possible.
8. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
The registration fee for courses and tests is refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled last application date. Refund requests submitted less than 7 days before the last application date will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, if there is available capacity, the participant may reschedule to a future course or test date. Otherwise, or if the participant chooses not to reschedule, the paid fee will be non-refundable
